AI processing

When you submit briefs, tenders, or project data, we may send relevant content to AI model providers to generate outputs. We do not use your private workspace content to train public models unless you explicitly opt in to a feature that states otherwise.

Data storage and retention

Data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure. We retain account and workspace data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal and backup requirements. You may request deletion subject to applicable law.

Sharing

We share data with subprocessors that help us operate the service (hosting, authentication, email, payments, AI inference). We do not sell personal data.

Enterprise SSO and SCIM

Enterprise customers may use single sign-on (SSO) and SCIM provisioning. Identity attributes from your identity provider are used solely for authentication and access control within your organization's workspace.
