You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access other users' data.
- Do not reverse engineer or resell the service except as permitted in writing.
AI outputs
AI-generated content is provided for assistance only. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving outputs before use in contractual, regulatory, or safety-critical contexts.
Subscription and billing
Paid plans renew according to your billing cycle unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in your order form.
Intellectual property
We retain rights in the platform. You retain rights in your content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content to provide the service.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
